Its almost October and that means one of many things...Winter is upon us and Bridal Fashion Week will be taking place on 10/15 - 10/17! I am really looking forward to seeing the 2012 collections of some of the best designers in the bridal industry. Including the new collections of David Tutera who has teamed up with Mon Cheri. I am also excited about The collection of Bimbaum & Bullock's amongst many other designers, that will be unveiling during the month of October.

"Afraid of the Dark"

This lovely fall weather has me wanting to paint my nails darker than the norm. Off to the nail salon I went for my bi-weekly manicure. This time around I chose a shade to grace my nail bed, that I probably wouldn't have normally done & I'm glad I did, because I absolutely LOVE IT!!

I've come to adore the OPI Collection, just as much as any other gal & now I look for the deep toned colors that only OPI can create. I still wanted to "shine" a little, but I couldn't decide on a palette, there were so many options to choose from. Neutrals work very well at any time of year, but there were some other colors that weren't so neutral at all & I wanted out of the box LOL!! I chose Ski teal we drop and Simmer & shimmer and I've gotten several compliments on how they both work well together. It was thee perfect combo.

Just wanted to share with you gals, its ok to step outside of your comfort zone. Just be You in whatever you do. What works for me, may not work for you, but the key is that you make an attempt and try!

Hope you guys enjoyed the post!
